FAST FIX FOR SCRATCHED GLASS

For those aggravating (and permanent) hairline scratches on glass tabletops, try buffing in a little toothpaste and watch them "disappear".

For similar scratches on Lucite or other clear plastic, buff with PLEDGE until smooth and shiny again. It's amazing how it works to soften the appearance of fine scratches. Try it on your plastic eyeglasses as well…just be sure to buff thoroughly.
